Here we go . . .
It's Week 2! Thanks for joining me on the Kick Off Virtual Crop for the Scrapnfun Summer Soiree! It was fun to hang out & get some layouts completed!
Great job to those who have shared photos of their completed layouts with me! Yay! The layouts are looking awesome! Remember, you earn extra points if you complete the layout & share a photo with me before the next week's challenges are posted (Sunday, 5pm CST). If you don't make it during the week of, it's okay - you still earn points for completing it before the end of the 10 weeks. Let's keep scrapping and getting pages completed.
Click on the images below and right click to Save Image As, which will save to your desktop. Then you can print. Let me know if you need assistance with this process.
Don't forget to keep track of applicable points on your Tracking Sheet.
Week 2 - Challenge 1
This week, we have another single page layout that you will need to modify to become a double page layout to earn your points. But, I know you can do it! It comes from the CM Blog, Weekly Sketch Round-Up June 28 - July 11, 2021.
How do I make it into a double page layout? Create a mirror image of the sketch or use coordinating papers to add the 2nd page with a different design. Or spread the elements of the single page across 2 pages. Or something else entirely. There are many ways to make a single page into a double page; we have done it during many of our classes and events!

Week 2 - Challenge 2
The second challenge for this week is a Project Recipe from May 2022. It features the Sunrays For Days Collection (which would have been released at that time). Use a collection in your stash to give this old PR new life. Let's see what you can do! As shown in the PR itself, paper strips can easily be adapted to include border punches or BMC borders or border stickers. Have fun incorporating some triangles into this layout. It really adds a fun design element. Be inspired by the PR to complete your layout.
If you prefer to download the pdf of the Project Recipe, it is included after the jpg's.
