- How long does it take you to find that one pic, the one with the beautiful sunset, on the beach, just a few months ago? You know exactly where it is, except it takes 10 minutes to scroll through your images? And the person you were going to share with has already left the room?
- Who has photos stored in the closet? The kitchen cupboard? The tote in the utility room? The kids’ closets? In piles in the craft room?
I can say “yes, that’s me” to each one of these scenarios. How about you? Fortunately, you are in the right place . . .

What is a Photo Circle?
It's a time to gather with other Photo Circle friends. It’s an opportunity to dedicate time to work on and organize your Photos each month. It’s a time to learn new ideas, tips & techniques. It’s knowing you are not alone as you tackle this “photo organization” project. And it’s so much more!
During each 2.5 hour session, we will work on “organizing” our photos. Each session will include time to:
- work on photo organization tasks (whether printed or digital images)
- learn something new with a variety of training & informational topics
- celebrate project accomplishments and set new goals
- ask questions and more questions
- receive personal assistance from your FOREVER Ambassador (me)
There are so many components to getting our “pics” organized. Each person will work towards individual goals (depending on what that person wants & needs to accomplish); we might all be working on different things or we might be completing similar tasks, but we will all be moving forward.
We will explore how FOREVER’s services and products can help with photo organization. Many of the tips & techniques work for ANY photo organization system that you might currently be using. You may decide to make some changes as we implement these tips & techniques and work through the steps; you may take bits & pieces of the ideas. Whatever is going to work for you. It may take you multiple sessions to complete one step - that’s okay. We are doing this together! FOREVER's services & products are not required to be part of the Photo Circle.
What kinds of tasks might we do during these sessions? It’s going to vary and change as we move and work through our goals. We might be:
- locating our photos (in whatever form of media they might exist)
- downloading images from various platforms to get them all into one location
- fine-tuning a current organization structure
- deleting blurry or duplicate pics
- crying with Photo Circle friends because it’s too overwhelming
- celebrating victories with Photo Circle friends because we did it
- exploring ways to think about our photos & photo projects and how we organize them that makes sense
- and more, so much more
Photo Circle will meet on a monthly basis.
- It will be offered as a virtual session (in-person option coming Spring 2025).
- We will meet for 2.5 hours one week-day evening per month. The day of the week will fluctuate (and those attending the previous month help schedule the following month’s date).
- Memberships are offered on an annual basis (valid for 12 months) and participants can join at any time.
The Photo Circle membership is $130 per person for 12 months (which is less than $11 per month). Your membership fee includes an exclusive planning notebook (see below for a sneak peek at the inside of the notebook).
